1.) Evaluate the different entreprenuerial characteristics under PEC's. How does applying similar characteristics help us succeed in life? Explain your answer by giving examples.
Persistence is an entreprenuerial characteristic that should be applied in life to achieve your most desired goals, for instance, your dream of becoming a doctor, an architect, a baker or any field of endeavour that you may take requires persistence. Since challenges, trials and even destructive criticisms are everywhere. Persistence is needed to succeed and achieve goals in entreprenuership and in life itself.
2.) Explain how Personal Entreprenuerial Competencies can help you become a successful entreprenuer.
The PECs serve as a guideline in teaching ways, means and strategies to start a business and survive as an entreprenuer. All the characterisrics mentioned are equally important and should be appllied strictly. Once, you have applied all these, then there is no single doubt that you will succeed in business and in life.
